The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the services with which the User elects to deal, including terms and conditions set forth in a Service Providers’ fare rules, contract of carriage, or other rules.
Grand Royal Tours services are offered to the User conditional on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this agreement and the TOS, as may be applicable from time to time. For the removal of doubts, it is clarified that availing of the services by the User constitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance by the User of the Agreement and the TOS. If the User does not agree with any part of such terms, conditions, and notices, the User must not avail of Grand Royal Tours Services.
In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with the Additional Terms and guidelines contained within any other Grand Royal Tours Document, then these terms shall be applicable.

In accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), all residents possessing an Indian Passport are eligible to utilize an amount not exceeding US$ 250,000 or its equivalent in one financial year for one or more private or leisure visits under the Basic Travel Quota (BTQ). Please note that the maximum allowable amount per visit cannot exceed US$ 3,000 or its equivalent in cash, with exceptions as specified by the RBI guidelines.
It is imperative that travelers avail themselves of the foreign exchange component of their tour costs from an authorized dealer who is licensed to provide such services, in accordance with the RBI guidelines. Upon engaging the services of the authorized dealer, you will be required to pay the foreign exchange component of the total tour cost at the prevailing rate, accompanied by a signed BTQ form and an A2 form. Travelers are permitted to draw foreign exchange for personal use during the tour from the balance of their BTQ entitlement from the same authorized dealer, as per the rules and regulations set by the Government of India (GOI).
Travelers may carry the foreign exchange partly in currency and partly in traveler cheques (TC), which are a safer alternative and can be easily encashed for a nominal service fee. Additionally, TCs can be replaced in the event of loss or theft, provided the TC numbers are recorded and the counterfoils are retained, subject to applicable rules.
1) The Forex (FX) payment is an integral part of the BTQ for the passenger.
2) Payment by immediate family members or kin is permissible, meaning that a father can pay for his children, and a mother can also pay for her children, provided the payer is a traveler on the same tour.
3) In cases where a husband, wife, and two children are traveling together, the husband's card is acceptable for payment.
4) It is not permissible for a cardholder to use their card to pay for another individual’s tour package.
5) The card used for the payment of the tour’s foreign exchange must belong to the cardholder themselves.
6) For packages that specifically include an FX component, any initial deposit amount collected in Indian Rupees (INR) for booking will be deducted from the balance FX payment at the time of the final payment.
7) The Rate of Exchange (ROE) for the entire FX component of the tour will be calculated based on the prevailing ROE at the time of the final payment.
